Learn the LSAT from an actual law professor.
I won law teaching awards for simplifying complex concepts for struggling law students. I want to tailor and personalize a course of LSAT study for you so that you succeed at the LSAT and as you move through your legal career. I am available for one-time reviews and for full-length courses. Book a consultation below.
Not everyone who gets a high score on the LSAT can create curricula tailored to different learning styles, but Matthew has a track record of doing just that.
A track record of LSAT and legal success
I received a 180 on the LSAT after an intense course of self-study, which led to a scholarship from a top-10 law school. Since graduating from law school and passing the bar, I’ve worked for federal judges and won appeals in state and federal court.
My 27-point improvement from my lowest practice test is proof that you don’t have to rewire your brain to improve on the LSAT. There are multiple ways to succeed on this test. In my full course, I will assess your strengths and then help you build logical pathways to address just your weaknesses.
Targeted study tips and people-centered strategy
Performing well on the LSAT is not just about your accuracy on test questions. The test is also about keeping your mind fresh, building up your speed and confidence, and making sure your question-answering skills can withstand test-day anxiety.
My curriculum focuses not just on drilling questions, but also on automating your logical paths for speed and making sure you’re not burning out. My full course includes a personalized session on triage strategies if you get knocked off your game on test day.
A lifetime understanding how people learn
I was a tutor for low-income and first-generation community college students before law school. I later spent two years suing New York City schools for special education accommodations. And I taught law courses that focus on the same quick-processing skills that matter for the LSAT, part of why my students voted me faculty member of the year in my first year of eligibility.
If you have struggled with one-size-fits-all courses or prep materials, you’re not alone. I can tailor our 1-on-1 sessions to fit your learning style—I have 20 years of experience doing so.
Enroll in a full one-on-one course, or book a one-time review of a practice test, question set, or your overall study strategy.
Currently, I offer two baseline services. The first is a 16-session full course, complete with a study plan devised between sessions 1 and 2, as well as assignments to be completed in between sessions; this is designed to be full-service and comprehensive, and sessions can be scheduled at whatever interval fits your life. The second is a 2-hour single session to discuss one practice test, one question set, or your overall study strategy. Sessions are assumed to be via video, but I can arrange in-person sessions in Cleveland, OH. The course is $2,000 and the single session is $350, but I am flexible to come up with a course of study that fits your needs and your budget.
